Formed in 1979 H. Ritchie & Sons (Electrical Wholesalers) Ltd has enjoyed steady growth over the years to become firmly established as N. Ireland's leading independent electrical wholesaler. 1998 saw the company voted the MK sponsored "UK Electrical Wholesaler of the Year" - recognition that H. Ritchie & Sons are professional electrical wholesaler committed to providing a level of service that meets our customers' needs.
Massive stocks
The company's success is founded on its ability to stock the widest range of top name electrical installation materials, heating and lighting products backed up by an all-round quality service. The company has held ISO9002 accreditation since 1994, recently updated to ISO 9001:2000. Stock levels are controlled with the aid of computer technology to ensure availability is in line with customer requirements.
Reliable delivery

Locations
Employing over 60 staff the company operates from premises in Belfast and Enniskillen. The Belfast operation at Stockmans Way (see map), the company's administrative headquarters, is a 40,000 sq. ft. facility offering service to the north, east and south of the province. The premises feature a brand new 4,000 sq. ft. lighting showroom, a large trade counter, a commercial showroom, a collection point and extensive warehouse facilities.
Enniskillen branch at Killyhevlin Industrial Estate in the town (see map), opened in November 2001 and serves the west of the province. A new 4,400 sq. ft. extension was completed in January 2004 providing additional services - a lighting showroom, enhanced trade counter area and a cable cutting service.
Showrooms
Our 4,000 sq. ft. prestigious lighting showroom opened in May 2001 adjoining our Belfast premises displays all types of lighting in a purpose built setting.
In February 2004 we added a new lighting showroom to our premises at Killyhevlin Industrial Estate, Enniskillen.
Our commercial showroom adjoining our Belfast trade counter has on display a wide range of commercial, display and emergency lighting as well as fire detection equipment, door entry systems and data cabling and networking equipment.
